My mom and I have used Trulending Mortgage four separate times, for both refinancing and new home purchases. My mom’s first experience with Trulending was during the mortgage crisis of 2008. She had a flexible interest rate and she was no longer able to afford the payments. She contacted countless mortgage lenders and nobody even offered to help her until she reached out to Trulending. Lalin was able to find a solution and we were able to keep the property. If we had not found Lalin there is no way we would have been able to keep that house.

Lalin De Soyza at Trulending Mortgage is excellent. Mr. De Soyza followed through on the interest rate, no points, and closing costs exactly as promised. The interest rate was a quarter percent less than three other companies were offering at the same time, except that he lowered the closing costs by a few hundred dollars. From start to end the loan took about 15 days to close.
